Nasty treatment, dirty bedsheets otherwise pleasant apartment with food smells and kitchen noises

Without a shadow of doubt the worst place I have paid to spend a night in my life.
Before writing my review I have read other peoples to see if they had the same issues my partner and I had with this apartment, I’m shocked to see only 1 review had a similar problem as us.
My (Hungarian) partner and I booked this apartment with the intention of staying 3 nights and then moving onto Szeged for the remainder of the week. First impressions of the apartment were ok, my partner went through any special instructions and where things were in the apartment as it’s her native language but as I said the first impressions and having a quick look round were good as far as I was concerned. The evening, more specifically bed time on our first night was when things got interesting. Firstly the 2 single beds pushed together to make a double was horrible as the wooden framework divided the 2 beds, secondary while attempting to go to bed i then to my disgust realised all 4 of the beds had thick black curly hair in (you know just like the black pubes you see in the gents urinals) and one bed sheet (the one with the most pubes on) had some pretty nasty looking stains on. At this point as you can guess we weren’t comfortable but decided to get the cleanest of the sheets we could find to make one single bed to share, upon doing this we also found a broken bed. After finally managing to relax and get some sleep (we were pretty wound up) we were both awoken at 6:10am by the kitchen staff for the food place below continuously banging, it sounded like someone putting shelves up up to 10:00 and this banging echoed/vibrated throughout the whole apartment and there was no way my partner or I would sleep through it.
In the second evening we visited my partner’s family that live very close by and came back later that evening (absolutely shattered I’ll add from our terrible nights sleep the night before).

Brand new apartment in a quiet environment
Brand new apartment, spacious and about 15 minutes walk from the central busstation.
The window blinds let sunlight through very easily. A kitchen towel could do.
Keep in mind that the check-out is in the büfé below the apartment; if you are in a hurry and the shop is crowded you might loose more time than you calculated.
