Helen was very welcoming, very thorough going through everything & showing us around! Her beautiful homemade scones, milk & butter in the fridge to get us started was a lovely gesture! The house was lovely, stunning views of Lough Derg, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The rooms are huge, it features a downstairs bedroom & a seat in the shower so very accessible! A great size utility too! The location was great, we were attending a wedding in Ashley Park & it's only 10mins from there, 10mins or so into nenagh town & 5mins from Dromineer Beach which Helen recommended to take a dip in & we thoroughly enjoyed!
The stairs, floorboards & doors were a little creaky at night, just to keep in mind if staying with little ones but only a minor thing!

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. The location is great to visit the west part of Ireland. The best thing is the kindness and availability of Helen, one of the owners. I had a medical issue and she organised an appointment in a health centre nearby the house. Our stay there was unbeatable

Great property for a family holiday. Plenty of room and very welcoming hosts.
