Sehr sauber, voll ausgestattete Küche, sehr angenehmer Vermieter hat ein Willkommensgeschenk Wein, Bier, Wasser und Snacks im Haus deponiert, tolle Lage und sehr ruhig

Very nice, quiet location in old centre of Lahania just near Platanos Tavern. Beautiful view on the hills, the tavern an old church. Good contact with the owner. No problem to find parking place for car. Efficient AC. The furnitures are not new but mostly still good enough.

One bedroom is in basement which is not quite nice to stay in, especially when it is used by the owner to store different things (like charcoal for the grill, buckets with paint - the feeling is that that the storage room not a bedroom). The kitchen and bathroom equipment is rather old, some is quite used (but there are new fridge and Nespresso coffee maker and even washing machine in the bathroom). There could be a sofa in the leaving room (if folding out it would be much better place to sleep than the basement). If you come late in the evening there can be problem with collecting the key: the owner lives in Rhodes town 60 km away and the tavern (where we collected the key) is closed at 11pm.
