1. La ragazza alla reception superficiale, evasiva, sbrigativa, snob. Per fortuna gli altri 2 ragazzi sono disponibili e gentili. 2. La pulizia in camera ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Il letto non era fatto, mancava il phon 3. Avevamo chiesto la culla ma non ci è stata data nonostante la mail di conferma. Non sono andata a chiedere in reception in quanto la ragazza non è risolutiva. 4. Gli orari della piscina limitati 5. Rapporto qualità prezzo
