Noisy neighbours upstairs dragging furniture on wooden floors

The location is very good, close to the central station. The owner is very nice and very polite.
The apartment is big enough for 3 persons 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sofa in the open kitchen
Disturbing NOISE from above apartment which we found that is also another airbnb apartment. The noise is die to the fat that the ceiling (concrete slab) is not insulated (noise protection)
A little bit cold and difficult to reach the optimal temperature in the room. Difference from the kitchen (sofa) to bedroom of about 3 degrees. When sleeping is quite unpleasant.

Lovely large apartment that was very clean and great location near the train station.
Perhaps the stairs up 4 levels but it really wasn’t that bad. There was a lift if needed.
