Чудове розташування, у приміщенні є все необхідне для робочої поїздки. Тихо, після насиченого робочого дня добре відсипалися. Є місце для паркування авто.
Меблі та інше облаштування апартаментів має "втомлений" вигляд. Колеги звертали увагу на відсутні елементи облаштування, від яких лишилися кріплення.
