The hostel was very clean, with beautiful facilities and a great atmosphere. The pool table and hiking tours were great additions that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. A wonderful place to stay with excellent service — I would definitely recommend it and come back again.

Had a lovely stay here, it felt super safe and the hosts were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. We arrived around 6pm and they easily booked a tour of Cotopaxi for us for the next day, breakfast was delicious, super cheap and served whatever time we needed it, and the owners were really helpful with any questions we had about public buses, even taking us themselves to the bus stop and asking the other commuters to help us get our bus to Baños. It was really quiet and very good value for your money.

Staff were great they even got a toastie machine for us to use, a comfortable bed, shared bathrooms were clean, free pool upstairs in the common room. The location is a short walk from the bus terminal, the locals were friendly. Theres a grill beside it which plays the world cup, the staff there are great.
The oven, hobs, and cooker didn't work, there is a fridge but you can't actually cook anything. The bar upstairs was never open, doesn't look like it's used anymore. Could do with a bit of a refresh of facilities.
The area can feel a little sketchy when it's dark, we (male & female) walked around in the day and late evening after dark and had no problems. If you arrive late (after dark) especially as a solo female you might want to take a taxi.
