The ac just didnt work for my father and mother for a few hours. they managed to fix it but it was just so hot.

The host was very helpful and nice towards us, pool available for leisure time, apartment was comfortable and spacious, grab accessible and nice breakfast 😀

The best place to stay in Trang An, Ninh Binh!! The location is soooo beautiful!! And the hosts are super friendly, welcoming and accomodated our food requests too!! The rooms are super clean and cozy, well maintained, and spacious. Love the interiors.💖 They even have a small but lovely swimming pool to beat the heat! The hosts helped us with our travel bookings and even helped with planning our day trip. They provide motorbikes and bicycles on went at very reasonable prices. The hosts even prepared pure veg food special for us!! We also booked special Vietnamese massage which the hosts arranged for us, and it is highly recommended. When we checked out, the hosts gave us a nice bracelet as a farewell gift 🥰 Overall 10/10 in all aspects and I'm definitely visiting again!!

The pictures are a lot nicer than what it actually looks like. I left to another hotel after checking in. The room I had was really dark and very basic. Not what I was ecpecting based off the pictures.
