The family running the Trang An mountain house was so great. They were friendly and kind and helped us with anything we needed.
The beds were very hard. That was the one and only complaint we had.

Very cosy location that felt very tropical
A bit of a walk to get anywhere but bikes were available

We loved our stay at the mountain house!!! It was just beautiful! The setting, right in the mountains, and the rooms are stunning with wood interior and cute round hobbit windows! The food is delicious and the family that run the place are so kind and help with everything you need. We were able to rent a scooter for a very good price to explore the area. Overall, absolutely recommend this place, best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam!

The staff is friendly.
The pictures are a lot nicer than what it actually looks like. I left to another hotel after checking in. The room I had was really dark and very basic. Not what I was ecpecting based off the pictures.
