A localização do hotel é excelente e o quarto conta com todas as utilidades necessárias de uma casa, trazendo muita praticidade e conforto para a estadia. Apenas vale atenção para quem estiver com malas grandes, pois o quarto ficava no 5º andar.

Ótima localização, cama confortável, ambiente limpo e cozinha bem equipada.
Havia um mau cheiro embaixo da pia da cozinha, independente do lixo, talvez por conta da umidade. Mas com a porta do armário fechada, não dava pra sentir muito. Ambiente menor do que aparenta nas fotos.

Le studio est très bien situé (Au pied de l'immeuble, il y a la bouche de métro Raspail - Aux alentours et accessible à pied : Montparnasse, La Rotonde, La Coupole, ...) . Le logement est très bien équipé.
L'environnement est calme
Seul bémol : 5ème étage sans ascenseur

The host was very kind and willing to allow us to check out late. Close to several metro lines, bus stops, and the train station with direct access to Charles de Gaulle airport. The apartment is a bit small, but sufficient for one or two people. It is nice to have a refrigerator. It was lucky to find such a well-equipped accommodation in the center of Paris in this price range.
Hygiene is unfortunately questionable. The bed sheets (or the bed mattress?) smelled a little musty. Fortunately, there were extra bed sheets in the closet, so we replaced them. An espresso machine was provided and I was looking forward to having coffee for breakfast, but it was not well cleaned and the drip tray was almost overflowing with water from previous guests. Also, the recycling garbage bin was full of trash from previous guests.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
