Maspalomas Beach apartment La Charca III by VillaGranCanaria

I had a fantastic stay – this apartment truly exceeded all my expectations. It’s perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including quality utensils and appliances (electric kettle, hand blender, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment also has a washing machine, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom (which works great), and a spacious, bright bathroom. The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea, restaurants, shops, and right next to the Maspalomas dunes. The view over the small lake is lovely, and the terrace is a highlight: real grass, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, dinning table, a small table, and a garden sofa – all well maintained. I was welcomed with a bottle of red wine, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean, with plenty of towels, a bathrobe, and slippers provided. Everything is thoughtfully designed and of high quality. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and there are extra blankets for colder nights. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful – special thanks to Zeus, who welcomed me, and Barbara, who assisted with a late checkout due to my evening flight.

If I had to mention any downsides, I’d say parking can be tricky during the day, but after 10 PM there are plenty of free spots just outside the apartment. Also, the curtains don’t fully block out light – they help, but let in some around the edges. Still, these are minor things. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and I would definitely return.

Great location, right on the dunes and close to a supermarket and restaurants, yet away from the more busy parts of maspalomas. The apartment is tastefully decorated, boasts a huge sunny terrace and is equipped with everything you could need. The host welcomes you and is available for any assistance.

Comfortabel, goed uitgerust, licht, ruim appartement. We hebben ook enorm genoten van het tuintje. Het appartement met zicht op de duinen en kortbij het strand en kloppend hart van Maspalomas was dus uitstekend gelegen.

We zijn een groot bed gewoon en dat viel hier wat tegen. Het was een heel goede matras maar slechts 150 cm breed.

Great location and nicely decorated. Had everything you needed for a self-catering stay. Met us early so we could leave our bags while it was cleaned which was appreciated.

Check out was 11am yet we had various people knocking on our door from 8.30am seeing if they could get into clean. Might be worth checking when guests are planning on leaving before sending in cleaners etc. Building men wanted the keys but it hadn't been mentioned to us, so we didn't leave them with them just incase.
