About this house rental
New, fully refurbished and exclusively designed 4 bedroom house with a private pool, situated in theelegant area of the south of Gran Canaria called Meloneras. Nothing more than short walking distance to the beach, best bars, restaurants, boutiques or various spas of nearby 5* hotels.
Sea promenade with the best boutiques, cafe´s cannot be forgotten to be mentioned. If you like luxury to be enjoyed in the peaceful place, but not to be isolated from the outside world, this it the house and the place to stay in. The house counts on fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge +freezer, Nespresso coffee machine etc.
Living room equipped with DVD, satellite TV, iPod docking station and wifi. Please be aware that the fourth bedroom (to use if 8 people in the party) is a spacious bedroom with no windows & a bathroom, in the basement of the villa.
The property also counts on a heatable private pool (heating service not included in th rental price - optional surcharge)
Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped, roman steps to access the pool, heating service in the pool (optional) with a surcharge, poolside shower, 4 metres long, 2,50 metres wide and 1,60 metres deep.
Included Services:
* Personal Welcome / Key delivery until 20.00
* Our exclusive "Welcome Pack" consisting of the basic products for the first day.
* Our special daily fresh bread service (delivered early in the morning).
* Full weekly cleaning (after 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels included only for stays longer than 1 week.
* 1 Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request. The second cot and high chair has an extra cost of 10.00€ per day (for both).
*** A security 400€ deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the whole duration of the stay.
This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.

Beautiful villa, modern decor, immaculately clean. The pool is great and there is plenty of sun loungers, we had rolls delivered every morning which is a really nice touch. Located 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and there is some great restaurants on the beach front. Ani was friendly and helpful and was quick to communicate through messaging with anything we needed. Perfect villa, perfect holiday!

The house was excellent, functional, beautiful, and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to cook for our whole group, and the grill worked well. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked properly, and the washing machine and dryer were convenient. A high chair and travel crib for a baby were also provided. Communication was quick and efficient.There were some issues with pre-ordered services: despite ordering pool heating twice, it wasn’t ready on arrival and only warmed up by the third day. Transportation orders also needed follow-up. Bread delivery was nice when it arrived, but timing was unclear and not available on public holidays.The house is well located, with shops, beach, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance. Free shuttle buses ran to the nearby Mogan shopping center, and buses to Las Palmas were frequent and affordable (7eur). Overall, we had a great family trip, and especially appreciated the house and its location.

A wonderful villa that catered for everything we wanted. The location was brilliant, walking distance to shops, taxi rank and buses. Plenty of space for our family, and the outdoor bbq was great! It was immaculately clean, and the washing machine made life so much easier with children. The welcome pack and fresh bread daily was a lovely touch. We were lucky with late checkout too with a late flight- we cannot fault this place. It has definitely become one of our favourites and we are sure to return!
