Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nur gerade über den Kochplatten war ein Schaft nicht sauber. Die Lage ist sehr laut wegen der Strasse und der Eisenbahn, aber das weiss man ja schon vorher. Allerdings ist die Lage für den Zugang zum Meer ideal. Und die Fenster blockieren einen grossen Teil des Lärms.

Die Wohnung ist gross, mit Balkon und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Strand. Bequemes Bett!
Die Unterkunft befindet sich neben einer befahrenen Strasse und dem Zuggleis- daher laut. Die Ausstattung könnte optimiert werden (Balkonstühle, Storen, Kaffeetassen)

La posizione straordinaria fronte mare. Letto confortevole. Pulizia
Il bagno molto datato. Metteri un gancio per il doccino. Sostituirei il corpo rubinetto della vasca da bagno. In generale l'appartamento è suggestivo ma esattamente come era quando è stato costruito, decenni fa. Migliorerei la dotazione degli utensili e stoviglie da cucina. I quattro piani senza ascensori richiedono una discreta forma fisica soprattutto quando si portano su bagagli e spesa

Posizione panoramica difronte al mare con vista da terrazzo al quarto piano
Mancanza di ascensore con ben 80 gradini di scale , ambiente sporco e trasandato per i servizi , condizionatore rotto , supporto tensione in kw bassa e facilmente soggetta a scatto del contatore , acqua calda insufficiente per doccia , mancanza di aspirapolvere per pulizia autonoma.
