The view, the location.

External location key pick up, not really clean, no warning about ongoing building activities right next to the building, no working light in de corridor and problems with the tv and internet set up at first. Couch is old and saggy

The apartment is very small, no sound can be heard, you will find the neighbors knocking on the door, you feel that you are living in a centenary, incapacitated, the elevator is small, the television is not, there is no water network, there is no shower on the beach, you will enter the sand into the house, take a shower in the house, play with water when the neighbors open the water, you feel like a chicken in a pot of hot water

Great views of the ocean

If you ever think of an unloved space, that is used only to gain money - this is the space! Definitely not family friendly. Being school holidays - its high season, so its definitely not value for money. This apartment is unsafe and very run down. There are no smoke detectors, fire blankets or fire extinguishers, the toilet seat is completely broken, the main window facing the ocean is not water/air tight and the bunk beds do not have any safety guards. The top bunk bed is unusable for children/adults, because of the location of the ladder and a concrete beam. Which means you hit your head ascending or descending from the top bunk. The apartment was dirty - under the beds was never cleaned. The mattresses were old, very stained and lumpy. There was very limited kitchen facilities and was falsely advertised - there is no oven, there is a very basic microwave. The heating in the bedrooms didn't work - so the evenings/ mornings were rather cold. Messages to the manager of the apartment with regards to the interiors was ignored. Please note - over the next year or so the building next door will be constructed - so there will be construction noise.

Very good

The incredible view and the fact that you literally step out to the beach from the building. You can use a pedestrian ferry (1€/person) just 200 meters away to leave the urban setting to a "wild dunes" area. Bakery around the corner and good restaurants close by. Apartment staff were always available on the phone to help; and when we alerted them that two pillow slips had not been changed, someone showed up with freshly washed slips within an hour. The floor neighbour has a lively speaking style that might have been perceived as aggressive or intrusive in reviews by previous guests, in fact she is quite nice. Attractions for children are within easy walking distance: free playground on the beach, minigolf and carting ground. Full cleaning of the apartment is included in the price, you just need to wash the dishes and take the garbage out.

The apartment is a little small to be really comfortable for more than two adults, unless they are intimate. Size would be fine for family with up to 4 children, but the bunk bed does not have a railing so we only dared to use the lower bed. Our other two kids slept in the bedroom, while my wife and I opened the sofa in the living room, it makes a double bed but as such it is a bit uncomfortable. Missing equipment: dishwasher (or at least a dish drying deck) and places to hang swimming suits and towels to dry. The many tourists in the building do not know how to use the elevator correctly, so it was blocked for a few hours during our stay and we had to use the stairs to the 8th floor.

The place was not cleaned though we checked-in at 4 pm. In this COVID-19 period, it was a real health hazard for us as nothing were disinfected. The second room with double bed is very small with no light working. Lighting missing also in other parts of the apartment. The kitchen ustensiles were very basic, no coffee machine neither percolator. That’s why no pictures of the apart were on the booking website. Will not come back definitively.

Super chouette appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. L'appartement est très moderne, très propre et très fonctionnel.

Le manque de certaines choses de base : Pas de lavette, d'essuie de vaisselle, de produits de cuisine de base (huile, vinaigre, café,...). Pas de porte-manteaux, ni de crochets pour accrocher les serviettes de bain.

Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar! Die Unterkunft war sehr nett, etwas eng, aber das ist der Style allgemein da. Die Wohnung ist etwas eher für 1-2 Nächte mit auswärts Essen. Zum Kochen fehlen so basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl…mann muss alles mitbringen. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit da gehabt.

Très joli appartemment, très fonctionnel et bien equipé, belle vue, lits confortables, J'etais surpris de trouver une machine Nespresso, un sèche-cheveux et une belle douche italienne, ce qui n'etait pas clairement indiqué. Vraiment à conseiller, bon rapport qualité-prix. On a même trouvé un parking direct devant la porte, malgré le weekend de paques fort fréquenté.
