Super goede ligging. Proper en knus appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten

Het was heel hygiënisch, een hele vriendelijke eigenaar en een goede locatie.

Het was zeer proper en netjes, alles wat je nodig had, was er ook.

Redelijk veel lawaai ‘s nachts.

The location is really good, as the apartment is just one street away from the beach, making it easy to walk over whenever you want to relax.

Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay: -The house enforces a strict waste‑disposal policy requiring guests to use the city’s disposal system, which forces you to download an app. Unfortunately, this app is extremely unreliable and ends up scamming tourists out of their money. When you arrive at the disposal site and pay the €1.50 fee, the doors don’t open, yet the money is still taken from your account with no automatic refund. Getting a refund also seems to be a hassle. We had to walk to multiple disposal points before finally finding one that could be opened without the app and allowed payment via a QR code. Not to mention that ever since I had to enter my phone number into the disposal app, the number of scam calls I’ve received has skyrocketed. -The placement of the camera on the second floor is concerning. It isn’t even pointed at the staff storage room, which would be understandable. Instead, it faces the staircase, making it feel like it’s there simply to monitor when guests come and go. -There was only a single remote for the TV, and it didn’t work, which led to me having to download yet another app just to change the channel. When we cleaned the house before departing, we found the original remote under the couch, which raises the question of whether the house had been properly cleaned to begin with. -Overall, the infrastructure feels outdated: the handrail at the top of the stairs doesn’t seem very secure, and the extra lights installed above the bathroom’s makeup cabinet appear to be coming loose. Sitting on the toilet for “too long” causes it to leak.
