The presentation is absolutely gorgeous. There is so much room for a group or family to vacation! It was very clean, provided towels, soap, and toilet paper. Love the decor and the ways the bedrooms were put together. Each room gives a unique feel. There is plenty of sitting space inside and outside. Each room had towels. Appreciated you leaving a dish pod, soap, and sponge that came in very handy!! I would 100% book again!

The only thing that would have been nice was if there was a spa heater that was available to turn on and off instead of charging extra for that. Also, giving that it was a villa, if there were some basic kitchen items like seasonings, sauces, and oil that would have made it top notch as we had to purchase items. Or even little packets of salt/pepper kitchen amenities would have made it feel like an Airbnb experience. We had to purchase paper towels and rubbish bin liners. Please, at least leave 1 packet available for wiping down the benches. Also was surprised there was no BBQ to cook on, which was shown in the pictures before booking, so we ordered in. It was a 25 mins drive to epcot.

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and privacy of the house. I have to admit that when I first saw it online, it seemed too good to be true. It was quite nice and we enjoyed our overdue family vacation very much.

Two of the three beds that we used had damp sheets when we arrived. We unmade those beds and dried the sheets and remade them. A remote control for the family room light was hidden on top of the fridge with dead batteries. One upstairs bathtub/shower pull was broken. Overall, very minor stuff.
