Lapsiperheelle täydellinen sijainti leikkipuistojen vieressä. Siisti ja tilava huoneisto ja isona plussana vessat makuuhuoneiden yhteydessä.
Muurahaisongelma kiusasi ja kuluneet pinnat kaipaisivat vähän päivitystä.

Sijainti
Huoneisto oli nuhjuinen, pienellä rempalla ja kunnon siivouksella saisi taas loistoonsa. Seinissä reikiä ja roiskeita, kylppärissä laattojen saumat lohkeilleet, pöydät kolhuilla, astianpesukoneesta puuttui kansilevy joten ei pysynyt auki.. pikkuvikoja, helppo olis korjata ku joku kehtais..

Hyvät ulkoilumaastot.
Huoneiston huonekalut kaipaisi päivitystä. Tietyömaat häiritsivät hieman liikkumista ja aiheutti meteliä. Kylpylä oli keskinkertainen.
