This is not how you treat your guests

Location was great, in the old part of the city. I also liked their price, not too expensive.

Unfortunately, our stay was at Paris apartments was a disappointment. The owner, lady, who checked us is in, never told us she is putting us in a different apartment (apartment 3, second floor), we realized it later, on our own. And after I called few minutes later, to tell her about the mistake, she said ''its the same as the other apartment, and she put us there because there is no heating in the one that we booked''. I am not sure what exactly was a problem, but the heating in the apartment that we got was an AC device, which was also in the apartment that we booked. Now, I understand owners sometimes have problems with apartments, have to fix something here and there, but the way they did it, not telling us we are getting a different apartment and lying about apartments being the same, left us feeling really stupid. Like they took advantage of us. I also didn't like their very cold approach, first ignored my question about parking on booking app, then barely even greeted us when we got there. I am sorry for a bad grade, but I am glad we stayed there only one night, I would never book the apartment that we got.

Great stay for the money in the old town

Perfect location in the heart of the old town, spotlessly clean, delicious coffee and wine in the bar, close to restaurants and bakeries. Accommodation with small functional kitchen, attentive staff to request, any minor issues quickly resolved

Cute apartment in the heart of Umag

L,ocation is in the middle of Umag, basically located at the main square. There are enough restaurants and bars nearby to satisfy anyone's needs. Apartment itself looks cute, is clean and is sufficient enough for a sea trip and to explore the city. WiFi works nicely, AC is there. Around there are few beaches. Owners are very nice and so are the waitresses that works at the bar. Super friendly, helpful and kind! Worth for the price, I recommend it!

You cannot park close as Umag city center is closed for parking for non-Umag residents (if you leave the car there even for few seconds, security comes), but you have a big parking area which is free (can be difficult to walk there and back with all the luggage). Note that if you are arrive to the free parking during the day time, it might be full. Later in the afternoon it is usually more empty.

Everything! The apartment was comfortable and in a great location! The owner Alena and her staff, particularly Bella, were kind, always cheerful and so helpful! The pistachio croissants with cappuccino in the morning with the perfect way to start my days! They were very accommodating when friends came and needed a place to stay and they allowed them to stay with me without an extra charge!

I was happy and grateful for everything!

Everything was perfect. The location was great, the apartment was like on the pictures + and extra thank you for leaving the ac on for our arrival. The host was super nice, would come back 100%

Die Lage war Perfekt! Die Besitzer war einfach unglaublich sympathisch und bemüht, sie führt auch das Lokal unterhalb und gleich morgen waren wir dort auf einen Cappuccino und Croissant ! Wir bekommen bestimmt wieder !

Imela sva se zelo lepo na kratkem postanku v Umagu v okviru motorističnega potovanja po Istri.

Čisto in udobno stanovanje in prijazni gostitelji. Stanovanje v samem centru Umaga vendar za motorista dobra lokacija ker je možno parkirati tik ob namestitvi.

Soseda je motilo, da sva sedela na zato namenjeni sedežni garnituri pred namestitvijo, ki je očitno del skupnih površin.
