La propreté très limite à l’arrivée

The property was in a good location, short walk to the slopes. Great ski locker room. There is plenty of room in the communal areas. All beds are in rooms - no one needs to sleep in the lounge. Enough storage space. Three bathrooms😀 Good view from the balcony. There was enough crockery and cutlery plus pans etc for basic catering.

It’s a bit tired and wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Oven would benefit from a good clean. Broken coffee pot not replaced from previous guests. Showers needed unblocking - which we did during our stay. Reception wasn’t open on time and only one member of staff so slow check in. I also had to chase instructions for check in. Arranged check out inspection but no one showed up☹️ (some of our group wanted WiFi)

the apartment is really spacious with direct access to the slopes. Having the large skilocker in the apartment is a big plus as well. It's just a 15 mns walk to La Plagne Centre where there are many restaurants and shops. The manager at the reception was very responsive and helpful with our question.

You have to pay separately for towels and bed linen, which struck me as odd given the cost for the rental. You also have to pick this up at the reception, which is just a 10 mns walk down to La Plagne Soleil. But when you arrive late after a long trip, it is kind of a hassle. It would be nice if the rental company could take care of this...and perhaps even make up the beds, as this is something you have to do yourself after arrival. I have to say that it was mentioned in the Booking.com website, so it should not have been a surprise. The bigger surprise was that apparently the people that were in there before us had to clean the apartment and I don't think there was any cleaning done by the rental company. We found the dishwasher still full, and a toilet cabinet with left behind personal items. We are used to always cleaning up our rental houses correctly before we leave, but usually a cleaning team then comes in to do a professional cleaning before the next guests arrive. Again, given the rate of the rental, we expected a bit more cleaning service could have been done by the company.
