An ok/dirty apartment - ruined by very poor customer service & terrible reception process

I like that families were segregated from younger rowdier groups by floor. The apartment was ok. To have ski passes available at check-in was a nice touch.

Systemic lack of customer service - needs to be addressed urgently. Impossible to collect keys after long taffic delays on route. We called X3 times prior to 7pm & left one message to return our call. Unfortunately our call was not returned despite leaving a message. There was no proactive call for any customers that had not checked in. This meant that we were unable to get the keys & had to find alternative accomodation that night which was deeply annoying! We requested ski passes online via email & at the time of booking & ticked an option for linen. Then had to request both items at check-in. We were requested to return at 4pm for the laundry when we ought to have checked in the previous day! Why?? The whole check-in process was extremely poor. When we walked past the reception prior to 7pm it was closed more often than open. The welcome was not warm. It was transactional at best. I didn't feel welcomed at all just a number at the end of the season. No-one went out of their way for us! Why could we not be called or issued with a pay link to pay the €400 damage deposit or how to collect the keys? We called both numbers on the invoice which were the only numbers detailed on any email correspondence. I manage a smaller scale self-catering business that accommodates circa 5000 guests a year and can manage because we seek to provide a warm welcome & care for our guests who choose to spend their hard earned income with us and can manage arrivals at any time. It is called basic customer service! We requested ski passes & linen. Then had to request both items at check-in. We were requested to return at 4pm for the laundry. The whole check-in process was extremely poor. The welcome was not warm. It is as perfunctory at best. The dining table had X2 dining benches that were too low for an adult! The glazing in the bedroom was blown. The heating was off & the apartment was cold on arrival.

Idéal pour l’emplacement pour skier, c’est super le personnel est agréable très bon restaurant

C’était très sale, mauvaise entretien à mon avis il n’y a pas de femme de ménage qui passe les ascenseurs sont dans un état catastrophique il y a toujours des odeurs très fortes dans les couloirs et c’est très bruyant le soir oui

j'étais venue pour skier et danser donc ça allait!

la deterrioration dans l'appartement portes, murs et moisissure dans la chambre mais ces immeubles datent de 1975 !

Super emplacement par rapport aux commerces et aux remontées mécaniques, idem pour l’agencement de l’appartement avec beaucoup de rangements qui le rend plus grand qu’il ne l’est en réalité
