The rooms were nicely furnished and clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, both with storing our luggage and organising transport.
The gardens are also really lovely and invite you to linger and relax.

Location perfect for Plaza des Armes and other key sights. Really helpful airport shuttle driver - boy, did he know the shortcuts and traffic jam avoiding routes.
Room very decent size. Shower really good.
Lift to our floor, although we used the stairs when we were luggage free
No means of making hot drinks in the room

I liked everything! The reception staff were warm and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It’s in a great location too!
