The free drinks, the games room. Our hotel room in annexe was lovely; the hotel looked after us during the typhoon.

Location and great staff
No gym, no swimming pool, small rooms without wardrobe, bed only done every 3 days… not quite what you’d expect for a 4 stars hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities.
Food was hit and miss at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Some really good elements such as the French soufflé toast amongst a fair amount of low quality fast food style offerings. Nice facilities but usually overrun by small children.
