Located on the 2nd floor of a prestigious building, it has a very large and magnificent reception, 3 very spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilets only accessible from the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a toilet complete this splendid apartment.
High ceilings and impressive moldings, naturally accessible by elevator and service lift.

Our stay in Jean-Pierre’s apartment was excellent from start to finish. Communication before arrival was prompt, clear, and helpful, making the entire check-in process seamless.The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The photos accurately reflect the property, and we immediately felt at home.The location is outstanding—quiet, elegant, and convenient for exploring Paris while providing a peaceful place to relax after a day of sightseeing.Rachid greeted us at check-in, gave us a thorough overview of the apartment, and ensured we had everything we needed to settle in comfortably.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris. The combination of an exceptional apartment, attentive hosting, and an excellent location made this one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

This apartment is worth every penny. The location is amazing. We walked to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops every day. The local grocery stop was well stocked. We also enjoyed our daily short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Paris had record hot weather but we were sheltered in our air conditioned apartment. Each bedroom and the living area had their own air conditioning unit. At night, I had to use a cover as it got that cold. The owner and manager were both so kind and generous with us. Communication was easy. The apartment was spotless. There were even robes and slippers for each of us. We were provided with a crib and high chair for our 8 month old. The laundry facilities were well used by us The furnishings and decor are stunning …exactly like the pictures. I cannot wait to come back. This is the only place I ever want to stay in Paris

This place is exquisite and the location can’t be beat. Jean Pierre was great to work with, his hospitality capped off a perfect visit to Paris. Simply amazing property, can’t be beat.

Very nice place in a great location. Close to two Metro stops and plenty of places to eat. Great place for large family or groups of friends.
