Beautiful Haussmann apartment just steps from the Eiffel Tower.
Located on the 2nd floor of a prestigious building, it has a very large and magnificent reception, 3 very spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilets only accessible from the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry and a toilet complete this splendid apartment.
High ceilings and impressive moldings, naturally accessible by elevator and service lift.
TV and DVD player in each room.
The calm is de rigueur, considering the standing of the building.

The apartment is so spacious and absolutely beautiful. I stayed there for a month and hosted different groups of family and friends each week. Everyone loved the location. The Eiffel Tower, great shops and excellent restaurants are just a quick walk away and all the other sites are easily accessible on the metro.

My husband and I, along with our four daughters ages 7-11, stayed here for our week long trip to Paris and it was perfection. For starters, the apartment is simply beautiful. I could have never left the apartment and still felt like I experienced Paris. The neighborhood is walkable, and near The Eiffel Tower, with many options for food and necessities nearby. Communication with the host was always prompt and we felt very welcome. If given the opportunity I would choose this listing again!

JP’s home was just as pictured. It is a beautiful home away from home with every detail thought of. It was clean, quiet, and nicely positioned for easy access to nearby restaurants, boulangeries, and the metro. The home was stocked with all that you need to make your stay easy: bath soap, dish soap, clothes detergent/softener/ salt packs, and trash bags. You can just move in. First, we have to say that the property is even more spacious than you can imagine from looking at the pictures, every detail is paid attention to, and the overall condition is immaculate. JP is an amazing host, who attended to every detail, and even installed TVs in each bedroom per our request. The unit is tastefully decorated in every room and gives you a warm Parisian feel. The location could not be better, several amazing restaurants within walking distance and everything else is just a short Uber ride.

We loved our time in the apartment during fashion week. We were close to everything we wanted to do and having the apartment allowed us to relax in style. Jean Pierre, the owner, and Rachid, the manager, were both very helpful and extremely prompt in their communications.

The photographs don’t adequately show how impressive the ceilings and embellishments are in this apartment. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the kitchen and baths modern, and decoration tasteful. The location is ideal for the Trocadero and has a very good view of Tower literally steps away from the entrance. There was an issue with water leaking into the apartment below which caused some minor inconvenience, but it was nobody’s fault (an old pipe leaking) and handled as well as could be expected.

The apartment is huge, well-appointed and in a very quiet, residential neighborhood in the 16th arrondisement, with an excellent Boulangerie on every corner, so that the time we spent planning meals each day was, effectively, zero. There is a very good Indian Restaurant called New Jawad one street over. Jean Pierre Sany is a very attentive and accommodating host. He supplied us with a high chair, as we expected our 18 month old grandchild to join us. We had a surprise alert sound in the middle of the night ( undoubtedly caused by some sort of short-circuit in the building) and Jean Pierre was perfectly happy to address the situation and resolve it in the middle of the night. He made us feel like very welcome family as opposed to paying guests. We would love to stay at this property again!

Owner was responsive to questions before booking and after as the virus issues started to increase. While we never made it to the property, looking forward to doing so as soon as possible!

I don’t really need to say anything not said by other reviewers. The apartment was bright, clean, well-appointed and in a great location. I just have two recommendations. #1 Ignore any negative reviews. The positive reviews are spot on in each case. #2 if you’re there Wednesday or Sunday, attend the market on President Wilson, buy some fresh vegetables and langoustine and have a fabulous French meal at the apartment.

The apartment is very big, roomy and pictures are true. Never had any reason to contact manager - all fairly smooth.. Only exception- it is Paris and couldn't figure out the dryer to get clothes dry in a shorter time frame - but this happened also in Italy - so - it's just different from what I'm used to.

This apartment is beautiful! From the moment we walked in, the high ceilings and spaciousness gave us a feeling of luxury and perfection. We booked this apartment at the last minute, after being thoroughly disappointed with our original booking which was filled with smoke odour. Jean Pierre was quick to respond to our request, and we moved in the next day. There are 3 enormous bedrooms, all with ensuites and a separate toilet as well. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with everything you need if you want to eat in like we did. The beds are comfortable and the linen is fresh with plenty of white fluffy towels. The location is only a five minute walk to The Eiffel Tower, and there are several grocery stores within minutes walk of the apartment,as well as a beautiful bakery just down the road. The street is quiet, but easy access for Uber’s to pick you up and drop you off. Overall, the apartment was just perfect to finish off our holiday. Although it was much more expensive than we were wanting to spend, you get what you pay for every time. It was worth every cent, and would be very economical for two or three couples. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment without hesitation. Thank you Jean Pierre for your hospitality.

We are a family ranging in age from 14 to 92 who stayed 3 nights in this apartment. The apartment gave us a truly grand Parisian experience. The location can’t be beat, at the heart of the Trocadero, yet on a quiet enough street to leave a window open and enjoy the breeze without the street noise. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a patisserie and small market down the block meant that we had fabulous Parisian breakfasts and lunches at home. Thank you Jean Pierre for allowing us to experience your beautiful home andof course, being so good at answering all our questions and accommodating our last minute requests.

This apartment was perfect for my family of 6 traveling from the United States. Communication with Jean Pierre via emails was excellent prior to and during our stay, as he addressed all of my questions or concerns fully and expedient. The apartment is very secure, extremely spacious, and tastefully decorated. We found it to be very quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus, although it took a little to figure out how to use (besides the lint trap, the dryer has a water trap that needs to be emptied with each use). We were a little concerned at first with the unseasonably warm temperatures and no air conditioner, however the apartment stayed comfortable inside during the day from the cooler night air and the fans worked well. Therefore, no air conditioning did not hamper our stay one bit. The location of this apartment is great. It only took a few minutes to walk to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The metro, bus stops, food markets and some nice restaurants are also located within a block or two, which was very convenient for us. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment while in Paris and I would recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to stay.
