The hotel was situated a few minutes from the centre of Bialystok. Parking was easy, even though we had a 9 seater vehicle. The hotel was very quiet, despite there being a wedding on the Friday - we saw a few guests but heard nothing and had a great night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and patient as I do not speak Polish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was a big let down. As previous reviews mention, turn up late (or even 8:45) and there is not much food left. It needs to be replenished. I do not think there are enought staff. There was no lift. Instead there are 3 flights of stairs - 30 steps in total. I was made aware of this, but people with limited mobility may have problems. There is a large disabled parking space close to the entrance, and a ramp.

Once we had registered our dissatisfaction with the various issues below the staff set about trying to rectify them and for the most part were successful.
The deluxe room faced a busy road so it was quite noisy even with the windows closed. The AC was very noisy and the mattress was old and worn, all of which resulted in a very poor night's sleep.
