La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du petit déjeuner.
Sur la photo booking de l’hôtel il y des transats autour de la piscine et nous comptions nous y reposer avant de repartir… quelle déception . Il n’y a plus de transats autour de la piscine mais seulement des chaises ce qui n’est vraiment pas la même chose niveau confort et repos.

staff are lovely and helpful. centre of town. big rooms
No hot water or water pressure. Needed binoculars to see the tiny tv from literally anywhere in the room. almost no plug sockets except the one by the desk. Pool area nothing like the pictures. hotel is on its last legs. FYI the hotel is dry. Not necasserilly a bad thing as i don't drink and it is Indonesia, but certainly worth noting for others wanting a beer.
