    The huts have a lovely view of the ocean, they are basic and do welcome lots of insects and bugs but if you don’t mind that then they are good value for your money as a budget backpacker.

    I was so shocked to arrive to this resort to find the condition of the room. It was unclean had cracks and huge gaps all around the bathroom and entrance to the property. The bathroom was unsanitary. The shower was just a shower hose that was attached to the wall right next to the toilet. The bathroom door was taped up and there were holes in the floor and gaps and cracks in the ceiling. It was a tiny room with thin curtains that dont block any light out and barely cover the windows. The ceiling had spiders nest on it . Clearly no maintenance or proper cleaning is happening between guests. We checked out with 30 minutes of arriving and had to book another resort on the island. The guy never even tried to be accommodating and never showed any concern that we were leaving so soon . It could be a regular occurence with guests because he never even questioned it. After we checked out they never even checked me out on the system i had to contact customer service to let them know i never stayed their because of the condition of the room. I sent a message to the property asking for a refund and giving the reasons and had no response at all . The surrounding area was poorly kept and the wifi that is advertised is only available if you sit by the reception area and is not available in the room. The bathroom walls and floor and door were filthy and gaps in the flooring there were gaps everywhere. I would imagine if it rained there would be leaks all over. Everything about this resort was bad from the area being unkept to the room being filthy and also the service that was given . All very poor . I would not recommend anyone to go here.
