Unsatisfactory hot water supply in the shower cabin. When you take a shower, hot water unexpectedly turns cold, and you have to wait for about 5 min to get hot water again. It's a really frustrating feeling.

Penzion located in the heart of the City - very close to the main street. Attentive Owner ready to find the solution if you need anything. Amazing breakfest - rich and wonderfully served. We stayed there two times within few days - thanks to the host we had the possibility to leave our car on the parking lot and have fun on the bicycle trip along the River Ohre to Usti n/Labem.

incredibly clean and well equipped. spacious, close to the train station in city center. 

The street view room was a little noisy at night with the window open. No AC so a bit stuffy with windows closed. 

Location is perfect, halfway between the train station and historical center. Bedroom looking new. All spotlessly clean. Sound insulation to the street.

Indoors insulation is a joke, lots of noise from other guests. Bathroom looks like from another age. Staff speaks close to no English. No reception (so, no local hints, suggestions... anyway, without English-speaking staff it would have been the same). There is a desk but no power plugs around, which in the 21st century renders it useless). Overall sterile atmosphere. Lack of common areas. And above all, VERY expensive for what it provides. With less money I stayed in perfect hotels in Plzen and Marianske Lazny, the latest including free spa facilities.
