Anastasia Apartments

The property was amazing. Perfectly located in downtown Chania. The host was very accomodating, gave great suggestions, and was available whenever we needed. The location for the harbor was perfect. If we had to pick one thing, it would be that the closest Beach was crowded and not as beautiful as others in Crete. This does not reflect poorly on our host though, as he was amazing. We would definitely return.

We arrived later in the day and were provided a code to get in the property, the whole process was very easy. We only stayed for one night, but could have easily stayed longer. The location is perfect within the walls of the city. THere are steep stais to ge in the apartment (as well as in the apartment), so for somoene with mobility issues it might be challenging, however for our family of 4 it was alright. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few hours after checkout so we could more time for sightseeing.

While this is not fault of the property, parking can bechallenging. Not a deal breaker, but be prepared to park up to 400-500 meters away. The nearest paid parking space (250 meters away) has a 4 hour limit and you can't extend it within a 24 hour period, so if you are not going to be moving the car for a longer time, you will need to park further.
