Some kitchen staff can be somewhat rude

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Their friendly attitude and genuine care made such a positive first impression and really contributed to making our experience so enjoyable. It was clear that excellent customer service is a priority for the hotel. A special thank you to the reception team for their kindness, efficiency and outstanding hospitality. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the restaurant and dining options at the hotel. I was under the impression that there would be a restaurant or room service available throughout the day. However, the restaurant closed at 2:30pm and the bar closed at 4:00pm, which was very inconvenient, particularly when there were limited alternative food options available. Breakfast was good when it was offered as a self-service buffet. However, at the beginning of my stay, when there were very few guests at the hotel, I found the staff rather unwilling to make small changes to the set breakfast menu. For example, when I asked if I could have bacon instead of eggs, this was not accommodated. Overall, I feel the dining facilities and flexibility could be improved considerably. Given the standard of the hotel and the excellent reception staff, I expected the restaurant and food service to provide a similar level of customer service.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent every day was something new.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to see the sea properly. Seeing as this occurred I would have preferred a pool and garden view.
