The property was well located to Zala Springs Golf

The shower had an issue so leaked onto the bathroom floor

It’s beautiful, the rooms are huge and very comfortable, the pool is clean and with a bodyguard, the food is delicious. You can really relax here

1. If you decide to have dinner or breakfast in the second half of the schedule you won’t find food. I don’t want to wake up early during vacation just to have food. If breakfast is until 10 and dinner until 9 then there should be enough food until 10 and 9. 2. The staff doesn’t speak any English. Like they don’t even understand numbers or simple things like hi and bye. Very confusing

Great location, good food and big room

There is no elevator in the building, so if you need help with luggage you would have to wait. Also, while we enjoyed spa facilities, it was closing quite early. Outdoor sauna closes at 5, pool closes at 6 and indoor spa at 7. We will be exploring the area all day long and it would be nice to relax in the spa at the end of the day, most of the time we barely had 30-40 minutes to enjoy it due to hours.

The building was nice and what we saw of it we liked...however, we had a problem that spoilt our stay so its difficult to be objective. Our room was lovely and parking was fine.

We had booked one night half-board stay as we were travelling through to another destination. We had booked weeks in advance and had a number of interactions with the hotel before arriving - they were checking re our dogs etc. So, to be greeted at reception with 'you can use your room but you cant use the facilities because we have given exclusivity to a party of 75 who dont want to share the facilities with strangers' was totally unexpected and disappointing. We had booked half-board but were told that unfortuately we couldnt be allowed in the restaurant to eat or have room service. They had arranged for us to go to another hotel down the road for buffet breakfast and buffet dinner which was awful. I had already studied the menu for the restaurant so I knew there were dishes that I would like - I am vegetarian - but at the buffet down the road I could only have a plate of rice, chips and bread. There was also the matter of logistics, we arrived in a storm and by the time we got our cases into the hotel we were soaked through. All we wanted to do was get changed and relax with a drik and a meal. To be told we would have to go out in the rain again and drive ourselves to find this other hotel was appalling customer service. The room was great, the reception staff were apologetic and sympathetic but clearly someone in management had agreed this exclusivity deal and left the reception staff to deal with the outcome. If they had messaged us in advance I would have found alternative accomodation, as it was it was an appaling way to deal with the situation. We had to pay the price that we agreed in advance via booking.com even though we didnt receive the service and goods that we paid for but I was not going to argue via google translate with a very apologetic receptionist who explained that there was nothing she could do. Not good enough. The food was awful and the experience equally so.
