Really nice hotel, would recommend.

Really nice hotel, helpful staff, very very clean, comfiest beds of our whole trip, nice balcony. Gardens with fruit trees and an olive grove.

Quite a lot of steps up to reception. Only a problem for us as we are getting on a bit. I think there was a lift but not sure if it went to ground level. Worth checking with them if it's an issue.

Good price ad quality balance

It is a well renovated hotel located in Vathi center. Close to ferry port shops etc. Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast is optional. We took it once but it was very weak, no variety of tea, bread and no fresh veggies etc. The sound isolation of the room would be better. Especially some significant noise was coming from garden works and room cleaning at early hours in the morning.

Great central location in Vathi.

We had a great stay in Samos. Paradise hotel is central, one street back from the main Street of Vathi. Safe and quiet but close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Evi would greet us every morning with a smile, made the time for a chat and suggest places to go. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and a proper verandah to sit on. Bus station around the corner will take you to most parts of the entire island. Evi gave us a travel agency nearby which takes you on tours. We managed to do a tour of Patmos which was amazing. You can also visit Ephesus and other neighbouring islands from Samos with local ferries. Beautiful green island with amazing beaches, good food and friendly locals.

Friendly staff, mediocre premises

The location and the staff was amazing. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a parting gift. We felt safe and comfortable. The desk gave us excellent recommendations for traveling and beaches. They carried the bags to our rooms and helped in need.

The premises are really old, so there were some problems with the room. The bathroom door didn’t close because it was wood and got bigger in time with humidity I guess. The bath was really hard to get in and the faucet was facing the wrong way, so you end up wetting the floor more than you should.

Ms. Sevi welcomed us with a smiling face. She brought water for all of us. This was a great kindness. We felt like we had come to her home. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean.It is a good thing that there are employees like Ms. Sevi. I would prefer her again.

The location of hotel is very close to the center and there is a car park across it. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Peace, Quiet, Rest & Vathy friendliness!

I arrived at O4.20hrs.in the .morning (or night)& was immediately welcomed by the night staff member! The staff were helpful, friendly and I was gifted with a wrapped "Easter" soap by way of a small gesture.

The bathroom was bright and modern, but the light over the lovely large mirror threw my face into shadow, not good for shaving. (P.S. I used to be an architect, so notice these things).

Disappointing, but thankfully only one night!

Staff were very pleasant and the location was ok (one block back from port).

Advertised with a pool but that hasn't been open for years. No bar or catering facilities. Bath was covered in brown stains and taps on sink barely attached. - shower tap too short.

The breakfast is always the same,and there are no options to choose from....there should be variety nobody wants to eat the same thing everyday....but the location is very great its close to everywhere.

Brilliant staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Hotel last year so much that we booked for this summer too! The staff remembered us and made us welcome. It is such value for money wirh rooms cleaned daily and linen/towels changed every couple of days. Toiletries were replenished every day ( something missing last year) and the breakfast ( though the same every day) has something for everyone. What makes this hotel is the staff..friendly and smiley..and the hotel cat Tryfonas! Thanks for a lovely stay

- Location very central, 2min walk from the bus stop and within 15min walk from the new port. - Warm and welcoming owner.

- While the room was in good shape, the bathroom was disappointing. The toilet was the worst I've come across in quite a long time, requiring multiple flushes nearly every time (and I wasn't throwing paper into it).

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the room was comfortable and clean, the towels were changed regularly and there was someone at the reception desk 24hs. Quite convenient location in the city centre.

Paradise hotel is what you see. Not a luxury hotel but great value for money. The room was clean and the staff were exceptional..especially the manager.She always welcomed you with a smile! It's central for those without transport and there's parking outside fot those who do.

Dark and dingy Hotel reasonably good location. Pleasant staff

The staff are very helpful and friendly

Breakfast is awful. Coffee bad. Dried out scrambled egg and cut up Vienna sausages 😱. Air conditioning didn’t work ( we were offered a fan that helped). Rooms are old and dark and everything needs to be re-modernized. The photos in brochure are nothing like reality. Staff are very nice and helpful though. I’m unlikely to stay there again unless it had as huge upgrade.
