Loved it, perfect location, wonderful host.

The location was great! Our host welcomed us and gave us the keys and offered us free Sunbeds at her beach club which was a 2 min walk. The cleaning ladies were lovely and they refreshed our towels. We had a little balcony with a little sea view. There was also a little shop right downstairs which had everything you needed. Loved it!

Only thing that needed a little taken care of was that the shower head didn't have a holder to hold the shower head. So washing hair wasn't the easiest task but the water pressure was fantastic and the other facilities were great.

With some small improvements, this could be a great stay!

Location was top-notch. Literally 100 m from one of the best beaches in Naxos. The owner was very helpful. The hotel also has a seaside bar with amazing cocktails and drinks. They also have very comfy sunbeds. The entire street has lots of restaurants, taverns and bars. The owner Andriana was very helpful in providing information about Naxos in general.

Cleanliness was not great. There were broken pieces in kitchen, the bathroom did not have any soap (or even a hand-soap). On our first day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen and the owner immediately came but couldn’t find it. She promised that she will call the Pest Control guy the next day (I am used to insects since I am from a tropical country but my daughter was not, it was a deal breaker for her). The next day, no one came and the cockroach returned in the evening. We decided to shorten our stay here at that point. I know insects are common but when there is a action promised I expect the business to follow it through (at least for the sake of the kid/s).

beautiful hidden gem, no frills but plenty of hospitality

large and roomy and clean in the perfect location just a half block from Agios Prokopios beach. the rooftop was perfect to sit relax enjoy the sunset after a days outing! you must try Giannoulis restaurant if you visit here! The owner is a tiny lady with the biggest smile. she met us at the port and even gave us a small but personal departing gift! not a 5 star but definitely makes up for it with the way you are treated!

it has a few little quirks, the shower is small. but the water pressure is great! the kitchen could be better stocked but with so many fabulous reasonable restaurants close, I suppose not to many visitors use it! the door knob is loose but the lock works great!

Very lovely!

Adriana met me from the port and drove me back at the end of my stay. For the whole time she was easily accessible, very kind and cheerful and, although she is clearly a very busy woman, nothing was too much trouble. I shall return and recommend it to others.

I wold have liked it if the shower had a bracket and was not hand held. It was a bit tricky for me.

Unbeatable stay for Price

We couldn't be happier to have found Studios Kahlua! It is a beautiful stay just off the beach in Agios Prokopios. The location is perfect, you are steps away from beautiful beaches on the Aegean Sea as well as countless restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a bus station and car rental steps away from your front door making options to further explore the island endless. Adrianna is a wonderful host. She picked us up from the port and was eager to answer any questions we had about Naxos. She owns a bar just down the beach where there were complimentary beach umbrellas (Not the first two rows) The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily. Our balcony had views of the ocean and made for a beautiful place to relax and sip on a coffee each morning. There is also a shared roof top terrace for even more incredible views. The room price is unbeatable, an added bonus to an incredible stay. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this place for all of our family and friends! :)

The location is great, there's a bus stop just next to the place, shops, restaurants and bars.... The service is also great, anything you need can be arranged for you It's clean and nice. I had a little terrasse that I enjoyed. You can watch the sunset or sunrise from the top of the building. Very nice! There's a possibility of renting a car.

Everything. The room was so clean and big, and was cleaned every day. The location is the best for Agios prokopios, next to the beach. Adriana the host was very helpful, she even offered us free sunbeds in her café Kahlua and she drove us to the port for our next destination. Try her cold chocolate in the bar, it's the best in Greece ! Amazing stay, we will definitely come back!

Very good location, walking distance to the beach. Adriana is a great host and she also owns one of the best beach bars on the beach. Agios Prokopios is one of the best beaches we have seen so far.

I loved my stay!

The woman who owns the place is so super sweet, this has been the most friendly Greek experience I have had so far. Very clean, comfortable and affordable rooms. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Naxos. If I ever come back I will stay here again! Thank you so much.

Superb

Kahlua studios were in a very good location. A few minutes to the beach, shops and tavernas. We had a spacious balcony overlooking a quiet road. Andriani gave us the choice of three rooms. One had partial sea view but we chose the larger room. Very clean on arrival and mopped daily. Clean towels every day and bedding changed alternate days which was great. Andriani collected us from Naxos airport and took us back on departure, only about 10 minutes away. Andriani also helped us with car hire and got a good price for us. Lovely person there if we needed anything and free sun beds near her beach bar. A great holiday in a lovely place. Very reasonable priced studios. Would recommend.

Above and beyond

Amazing location - 2 mins from the Prokopios beach and local cafes and restaurants. Room is spacious, clean, and cozy. Especially good, if you care about the sleep - it’s quiet and bed is comfy. Adrianna, owner, is very helpful and responsive, went above and beyond, and generally lovely person. Overall, recommend this place to everyone!

Felt like home :)

The place felt like our small home from the time we entered it. It's located really close to the agios Procopius beach. The room was extremely clean with daily cleaning service , we had a small kitchen which turned out to be really useful. It comes with a balcony, where we could sit for our meals. There are amazing bakeries nearby which we visited primarily for Baklavas :). Close to supermarket "Spar", so you can buy essentials. And above all we were honoured by the incredible hospitality by the host Adriana , she picked us up from the port and also dropped is back in her personal car, served us water bottles and fruits , we couldn't have asked for more :) Naxos is an amazing Island and we would be back again and stay with Kahlua studios.

Ho richiesto una camera con vista mare che mi è stata confermata in fase di prenotazione; all'arrivo, con difficoltà a contattarli, siamo stati raggiunti da una signora che ci ha portati in una struttura di fianco, al piano terra, in un appartamento buio e vetusto diviso in due camere da una porticina, con affaccio tra i vicoli. Nell'appartamento scarafaggi morti a terra. Non è possibile proporre una sistemazione del genere, anche se solo per una notte. Siamo andati via prenotando un'altra struttura all'ultimo istante

La pulizia anche se giornaliera può essere migliorata (ottimo il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani) Nella descrizione c'è scritto trasporto gratuito compreso in realtà è un errore. Dopo la nostra segnalazione l'host si è offerto di dividere a metà il costo del taxi per l'aeroporto

Zostaliśmy ciepło przyjęci przez miłą właścicielkę. Kilka elementów było szczególnych w tym apartamencie: wygodne łóżka, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników, świetna lokalizacja - kilkadziesiąt kroków od sklepów, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego i od morza. Świetnie w Kahlua Studios jest zorganizowany taras na dachu: fajnie umeblowany, duże jacuzzi oraz niezłe widoki. Można tam wieczorem fajnie spędzić czas. W Ag. Propokipios na szczególną uwagę zasługuje ilość dobrych restauracji, które w rozsądnej cenie oferują dobre jedzenie. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje Art Cafe w którym codziennie były organizowane koncerty, pokazy filmowe, greeks night show itd.

Apartament był niezbyt dobrze wyposażony w akcesoria kuchenne i sprzęt co uniemożliwiało ugotowanie czegoś. Cała kuchnia i sypialnia dość mała, słabo wyposażona w szafki, półki itp. Oczywiście jak poprosisz właścicielkę o sprzęt to ci to dostarczy. Brak widoków z balkonu czy przez okno. Najbardziej nie podobał mi się w Agios Prokopios dość duży ruch uliczny na głównej wąskiej ulicy miasteczka, zwłaszcza wieczorem. To utrudniało spacery. Powinni coś z tym zrobić. W wielu miejscach w Grecji główna nadmorska ulica jest zamykana dla ruchu samochodowego, zamienia się wtedy w promenadę pełną spacerujących ludzi. Tutaj niestety tylko wąska ścieżka i słupki uniemożliwiające spokojne spacerowanie. Szkoda.
