We had a relaxing stay.

Very good breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and we found small chocolates on the bed, which was especially appreciated by the children. The location is close to the ski lift, so you can get there on skis. The ski storage room has a boot drying rack. The hosts were very kind and they offered us a packed breakfast for the last day, when we left very early.

I can't say that there are things I didn't like, but maybe a small fridge in the room would be useful, so you can serve cold drinks. I recommend respecting the check-in time, otherwise you will be charged extra.

Friendly and comfortable, full recommendation!

Very friendly and welcoming proprietors, who for some reason even remembered me from the last time I stayed there, almost ten years ago! Great location within Bad Kleinkirchheim (one can just walk over to the thermal baths), comfy room, good breakfast. Hope it won't again be so long before I head this way again!

Breakfast was great every morning, the owner was nice, polite and would always take care of the guests during breakfast, bringing tea, coffee, etc. He remembered how we liked our breakfast and our tea and coffee and brought them to our table the second we went through the door of the breakfast room.

It is 10 min walking & skiing to Kaiserburgbahn, 1 min walking to cross-country skiing path (ticket machine, Brunner cross-country school start), 10 min walking to Römerbad Thermal Spa. It is possible to come with skies to the apartment door.

The location was beautiful and very convenient. While we were having our delicious breakfast they cleaned our room and put out fresh clean towels. Hanz and Gertrude were very friendly and professional. We are going back to stay there again.

If I would own a guesthouse, it would be exactly like this...

This guesthouse exceeded my expectation by far! Not only was it as described, but the hospitality of Frau and Herr Gritzner added an extra quality, that is rare nowadays. The guesthouse was 2-3 minutes walk from the thermal bath and a little more to the ski lift. There was private parking available in front of the guesthouse. The room was spacious, kept extremely clean on a daily basis. The room was very warm and the bed also very comfy. The large balcony was perfect for apres-ski suntanning in the setting sun. :) Breakfast was delicious, diverse and very plentiful. Great location, no matter if you go skiing, hiking or simply pamper yourself in the thermals next door. Highly recommended ++++

Lovely stay

Friendly Staff and the owner enjoys his business, perfect location with great view. Hiking and mountain bike trails within walking distance.

Not a problem but worth mentioning: No fridge or kettle available on the rooms which would be handy to have, especially since the place doesn't have the option of dinner or Lunch.
