Very unwelcoming

Overall, the hotel is very nice. Pretty garden with a pool, nice terrace for eating outside, great breakfast and good dinners.

Thomas, the owner, was very unwelcoming to us. Basically none of our requests were possible, even if it was small things like getting some extra cucumber for our son during dinner or some honey for tea in the evening (explained that honey could only be given for breakfast). As a guest you feel like a burden and basically nothing is possible. It is the exact opposite of what hospitality should be about. We were very disappointed by this rude and unfriendly treatment and for this we would not come back. Dinners were okay except for last one, when basically all courses were just fried...Mind that no changes are possible and any time we asked for something extra for our baby, we were never given... Unbearably hot in the the room with no aircon nor a fain. Super tiny bathroom where you keep hitting yourself because you don't have space. No fridge in the room.

Small and very nice family-operated hotel with excellent standard.

The hotel is small, family-owned and operated by family members. The staff was very kind and forthcoming. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast of good quality. The hotel was really neat and clean.

Unfortunately we did not realize we should have booked half board before the trip (especially since this was not an option on Booking.com). As we arrived it was Easter holidays and it was not possible to stock up for us. Next time we'll book the half board as well.

Soggiorno super… peccato solo per una notte!

La struttura molto carina e ben tenuta. Noi alloggiavamo nella suite… molto caratteristica con letto king in legno, salottino, bagno comodo. Convenzione con i mezzi di trasporto, a 10/12 minuti circa dal centro di Merano (bus ogni 15 minuti). Nel paesino poco più avanti un panifico top con ottimi panini imbottiti e bretzel a prezzi normali,meglio della qualità e prezzi dei mercatini. Camera pulita. Colazione super con prodotti freschi e particolari, chicca delle chicche le mandorle nel miele! Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Parcheggio in struttura. Torneremo sicuramente.

L’accoglienza della signora alla reception è stata unica e la stanza anche se datata ma confortevole

La colazione è stata sufficiente ma l’accoglienza nella sala non molto cordiale…. Ad una richiesta semplice ci è stato dato un NO secco (se era possibile cambiare tavolo) e pertanto non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio

voor korte verblijven een aanrader

fijne douche, nette tafel, goede info aan receptie en ontvangst klantenkaart waarmede je bvb alle bussen en een aantal kabelliften gratis kon nemen. Gezellige terrashoek en tuin met zwembad en ligstoelen. Bushalte direct aan de hoofdstraat.

Had indruk dat bediening onderbemand was. Badkamer klein maar alles was er. Ontbijt goed maar bvb lang wachten op kan koffie en eieren moest je op eigen initiatief vragen.

Super gemütliches Hotel zum wohlfühlen!

Es war eine super schöne Woche. Ein klasse Hotel . Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet man fühlt sich direkt wohl und es ist sehr sauber. Nach einer Wanderung nochmal in den Pool oder Wirlpool zu gehen - perfekt ! Das Frühstücksbuffet echt gut aber besonders möchte ich das Abendessen loben ! Es gibt mehrere Gänge die wirklich wie aus einem sterne Restaurant schmecken. Insgesamt super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir können das Hotel von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Ein super liebes familiengeführtes Hotel . Sehr gute Lage , 15 Min mit Auto nach Meran.

Viele Gerichte beim Abendessen sind sehr fleischlastig. Wenn jemand Vegetarier ist wäre es sinnvoll vorher Bescheid zu geben und dann ist es bestimmt auch kein Problem :)

Es hat uns sehr gut 👍 gefallen trotz kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Buffet-Frühstück und das 5 Gänge Abendessen(unbedingt mit buchen)waren hervorragend , die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet .Gute Zimmerreinigung sind im Haus selbstverständlich. Wer einen Kühlschrank möchte der sollte dies bei der Buchung mit buchen(6,50€ pro Tag).Der Pool ,Whirlpool, ausreichend Sonnenliegen mit schöner Umgebung haben uns die Nachmittage versüßt. TOP Eine Fahrrad Garage mit der möglichkeit des E- Bike laden ist vorhanden und kostenlos . Es war ruhig ,innen wie außen.

Abends war nichts los, selbst die "Bar" war ab 21:30h geschlossen:-( darum unbedingt den Kühlschrank buchen und befüllen damit man Abends noch ein Gläschen auf dem Balkon trinken kann!!! Auch außerhalb des Hotels gab es im näheren Umfeld keine Möglichkeit der Unterhaltung. Ein Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Speiseraum .

Ferragosto a Merano e dintorni

Struttura piccola e familiare, ti senti proprio a casa grazie a proprietari. Ottimo cibo e ottimi prodotti locali a colazione. Bellissima la zona piscina con anche idromassaggio e tanti lettini con ombrelloni a disposizione immersi nel verde dei meli che circondano la struttura. Ottima anche la possibilità di avere bici da passeggio gratuitamente, noi siamo arrivati a Merano facilmente grazie alla pista ciclabile fronte hotel (eventualmente c’è anche la fermata autobus).

Due consigli a parer mio che sono due piccolezze per rendere ancora più accogliente la struttura che già lo è. Con queste estati così calde anche in zona, mi sarei aspettato per lo meno un ventilatore in stanza (poiché priva giustamente di aria condizionata), per cercare di rinfrescare le nottate. Inoltre, la cena non è a buffet (a differenza della colazione) ma con menù fisso (con possibilità di scelta per esempio tra due secondi) dello chef, anche molto ampio, con antipasto, primo, secondo, dolce e contorno. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un menù meno ampio ma con più prodotti tipici, magari potendo scegliere tra due proposte il giorno prima.

Fehlende Klimaanlage und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zuviel Bepflanzung um den Pool, welche die Liegefläche leider sehr einschränken.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Herzlich geführtes Hotel mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Alles sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück mit frischen, regionalen Produkten. Das Abendbrot in Form eines Gänge Menü 's, war ein absolutes Highlight. Gepflegter Garten und der Pool laden ein, sich zu erfrischen. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Keine Klimaanlage. Haben die Außenjalousien bis zum Abend unten gelassen, dann war es erträglich. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Wohlfühlen im Fleur Alp

Das Fleur Alp ist ein Geheimtipp mit excellenter Küche. Das familiengeführte Hotel ist super gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind Luxus pur. Unser Balkon bot eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Obstfelder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen bietet in der Regel fünf bis sechs Gänge. Hier wird großen Wert darauf gelegt, dass der Gast pünktlich erscheint. Denn alle Teller werden frisch und heiß serviert. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub bei gefühlter Gastlichkeit

Sehr gutes 3-Sterne Haus, sehr gepflegte hochwertige Zimmer, wie auch Anlage mit Pool, Whirlpool, Sonnenschirmen und Liegen. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Abendessen außergewöhnlich in Menge und Qualität im Rahmen eines Menüs. Man fühlt die Liebe zum Kulinarischen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Bus sind Nachbarorte Lana und Meran kostenfrei sehr gut erreichbar. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Region. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Grundsätzlich Fehlanzeige. Empfehlung - mit Sicht auf die klimatischen Veränderungen sollte über eine Klimatisierung der Zimmer oder zumindest eine Nachrüstung mit Ventilatoren nachgedacht werden.

3 Sterne mit tollem Pool Bereich eher selten deshalb sehr gut. Familien geführt wo die Oma noch ganz schön Gas gibt. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Leider hatten wir zur unserer Zeit wo es teilweise sehr heiß war keine klimatisierten Räume.

Das Hotel ist privat geführt und nicht so groß. Man merkt, dass hier die ganze Familie integriert ist. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gerichtet. Wir hatten ein schönes und großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Leider hört man den Verkehrslärm von der Straße von Marling nach Lana. Der beheizte Pool mit dem toll angelegten Garten ist eine Wohltat nach ausgedehnten Ausflügen. Der Chef kocht selbst. Und dies mit viel Leidenschaft. Das merkt man einfach. Die Gerichte sind sehr abwechslungsreich und mit hochwertigen Produkten hergestellt. Zum Teil aus eigenem Anbau. Die Weinempfehlung passte immer zum Essen vorwiegend aus der Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Essen ist gewiß einen Stern mehr wert. Wir konnten uns toll erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es fehlte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Bei diesen Temperaturen eine echte Herausforderung. Für einen selbst mitgebrachten Kühlschrank werden 2,50 Euro pro Tag berechnet. Erst zum Schluss hatten wir bemerkt, dass man einen Kühlschrank mieten konnte.

Schönes Hotel und schönes Zimmer. Reinigungspersonal und Bedienung beim Frühstück waren gut.

Nach 11 Stunden gestresster Fahrt wurden wir vom Junior Chef sehr Unfreundlich empfangen. In 45 Jahren Urlaubsreisen ist uns sowas noch nicht widerfahren. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch die ganze Woche belastet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war leider auch nicht im Zimmer das sehr warm war bei den hohen Temperaturen.
