Good location,about 5mins from restaurants,bars,shopping & boat trips,we stayed for 3 nights could have stayed longer as kas is a really nice town.
Breakfast was lovely,staff are friendly,we had a sea view room which I would recommend as the view is lovely.
I would go back to the hotel as it was a relaxing atmosphere

I booked a more expensive room overlooking the pool, with a sea view, thinking it would be better than the standard, cheaper, garden facing room.
The room was a disaster! It was tiny and cramped, the bathroom only had space for one person. The shower was filthy, and after asking for it to be cleaned, it still had black mold rings around the shower taps. The room itself only had a tiny cupboard for clothes. We requested a different room, as this one was unacceptable. We moved to the 'new', cheaper section, which was great, but no refund for the difference :( At breakfast, I asked for a fried egg, as they only had boiled eggs. They lady said no problem, and that's what I ordered every day. What a surprise at checkout! 50 tl charge per egg for each day! No-one mentioned this up front. A bit dishonest :(
I would recommend this hotel, but stay away from the pool view room in the older building. And be aware of the extra charges if you ask for anything at breakfast, not on the tables.
