    We had a great experience in this hotel. First, when we arrived at Pudong T2 terminal and we took their shuttle bus service to their hotel located at the departure area Gate 26. Their front desk staffs are always very friendly and helpful especially Miss *** with ID number *** and her colleague*** The housekeeping ID number ***and ***are very kind and polite when they make up the room during our stay. There are many local walk in restaurant around where they serve local food mostly wonton, xiao long bao and shanghai style noodles. This hotel is located in a town where its very quiet and peaceful. Through the info provided by the hotel front desk, we were able to go to a nearby mall called Bailian Chuansha Shopping Mall around 20 mins ride from the hotel through Didi. There are a lot of restaurant located at the 3rd and 4th level of the mall which serve different cuisines like cantonese, mongolian, sze chuan, dongbei, Japanese, Korean, Shu zhou, Hu Nan, etc. My son and I eventually chose the Cantonese chicken soup shabu shabu. Its very delicious. I was told by the waiter that there is a subway station near this mall. We really had a great food trip experience. around here. Though this hotel is near airport and Disney., but it takes 50 to 70 mins to get to the Pudong Business Center through didi taxi. And the fare is costly too. I remember it was around 138RMB when i checked the Didi aps. Taking the subway to get to the business center will be a better choice which i will try on my next trip when i stay in this hotel again. Front desk told me i takes 30 to 40 mins thru subway. Oh yeah, my son got disappointed coz the gym in this hotel only has 2 treadmills. I hope they can improve on that. Add some more equipments in the future. In terms of value for money, this hotel is good. Our booking comes with free breakfast already. But they serve breakfast from 5:30am to 9:30am. A bit early. My son was not able to make it every morning hahaha.

    Comfortable bed, cozy room with washing machine. Good breakfast. Friendly front desk. Only our check in take too long as we gave to wait for room. We decided to go out before get our room key. When we came back at night we need to check in again and the higher floor as we require also no more.

    We’re glad to came across this hotel in Agoda. If you have a graveyard arrival in Pudong airport, this is a perfect place to stay for the night since it’s near the airport and has a free shuttle bus every 45 mins. The family room is spacious and has modern interior design. Nice window view which is perfect for 3 pax. The price is affordable and we got the room package with free breakfast for 3 people. Great frontdesk officer too. She speaks English which is very helpful to us. This hotel is highly recommended. Just make sure to read all the reviews to know all the guests experiences.

    Simple and short hotel stay is ok for the price. Not recommended for long stay. Facilities is basic, however the hair dryer keep stopping after blowing for a while, its quite irritating. Staffs are friendly and have good attitude.
