    It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with a family. Lilly and her team gave us all the support we needed throughout our stay, and they truly went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. They provide transportation to the airport, Disney, and the subway, which not only saved us money but also saved us from a lot of walking. Imagine finishing your shopping, getting off at the subway, and having someone waiting there to pick you up—it was such a nice and convenient service! There are plenty of eateries, supermarkets, FamilyMart, and fruit shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. They even accept online orders on your behalf, which was incredibly helpful. One of the nicest touches was that they offered us breakfast when we arrived from the airport. We were exhausted and so hungry that we didn’t even have the energy to look for food, so this was such a thoughtful gesture. Lilly and her staff were always there whenever we had questions or needed help. They were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. Free water and coffee were also available, which was a lovely bonus. And, of course, the robot delivery couple were absolutely adorable! 🤖❤️ They deliver food to your room, and our kids loved watching them. They still talk about and miss the little robots! The drivers were also incredibly kind and helpful. When our family of four was heading back to the airport with lots of luggage, they helped us weigh our bags, load everything onto the bus, and made sure we got to the airport on time. Late checkout is available for a reasonable additional fee, and the laundry room was very useful during our stay. They can also store your luggage if you’re planning to visit another city, which is very convenient. For us, the location was another big advantage. Getting around town was easy, and the high-speed railway station was conveniently accessible. The subway Line 2 also connects to many of the major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience. The hospitality, convenience, and genuine care from Lilly and her team made our stay feel truly special. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

    This hotel is just so perfect. Its just 30 minutes subway ride to downtown. They provide free shuttle service from hotel (run every hour) and from Tangzhen metro station (anytime), also a shuttle to disneyland and PVG airport. The hotel also located with many restaurants nearby, there also a halal restaurant (lanzhou cuisine) just a couple meters, and a cheap supermarket next door. The room itself is so spacious, tidy, and clean as described. The room were made up every day. Unlike many hotels in China, you cant smell a cigarette on the lobby, because it is prohibited, which we highly appreciated. The breakfast also full of choice of traditional chinese breakfast, and very suitable for our taste. They provide clear notes for allergen (pork, nuts, etc) Another excellence of this hotel, are the staff. The staff’s are very friendly and helpful. My highest stars went for Lily, she’s the best. After I made reservations, she actively contacted me to arrange for a transport service. She and all staff member were very helpful during our 5 days of stay. Lily even booked and paid for our ride back to hotel, since we arrive at the station a bit late after exploring the city. The reception team also invited us to a WeChat group in case we inquire anything. Absolutely will stay there again on a future trip to shanghai. This hotel is worth more than their price, especially with their hospitality. Again, thanks for all of you!

    Our stay at Haofeng Yazhi Hotel when we where in Shanghai was a wonderful experience, Our family was very pleased with the experience and service provided by all the staff members we interacted at the hotel. The hotel is near DisneyLand and Airport. These staffs were very supportive and attentive.

    Location was very misleading showing it as in Shanghai city centre but it’s actually an hour away. We cancelled our stay after one night and got a different hotel in the city. The breakfast was not very nice. Room was nice though.
