Good value for money
Altogether our stay was good. The apartment was warm, comfortably organized and equipped with the most necessary items for our stay. The drive to Breuil-Cervinia ski area was half an hour and we could park at the property free of charge. There is an excellent restaurant next to the appartments. The host Hugo came every day to clean the stive and to start it for us.
Our biggest disconfort was the noise from the appartments above us.

Value for money, scenic setting, GO!
WHAT A PLACE! The setting, the hotel, the rooms, the staff and OH the Food! Just 5 minutes off the autostrada A5 at Saint Vincent it’s set in the mountains next to a beautiful fast flowing river which sings you to sleep! Although we booked the cheapest room with the pullout bed we slept the best of any of the hotels on our 10 day trip from the UK to Italy! Make sure you book the restaurant too! The wild boar ragu dish is to die for! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Hugo greeted us in the car park and escorted us and showed us around the property and room. The restaurant staff were full of information and the whole place has a sense of pride.

The room was clean and decently equipped with kitchen and other necessities. The owner was friendly and hospitable. The two big dogs accompanying the owner are very friendly, despite their appearance. Nice food at the restaurant (probably managed by other people).
Hot water - the boiler needed some time to reheat the next batches, so you need to know that upfront and adjust to it. A bit nosy mornings from road traffic. A bit farther away from ski centers if you aim to be nearby.

The proximity and the strategic place of the residence is perfect. You can go to one place to another with ni hassle and so easy! Will definitely come back and recommend this apartment!

Good location near the highway in the vicinity of all main Aosta valley locations. Relatively big apartment. Restaurant with local specialiies on site. The owners are very friendly. Would recommend to everybody.
The bathrooms smells, if the shower is used frequently.
