The hotel is fairly convenient in terms of location, however, upon arriving in Macau from Hong Kong by the "Gold Bus", we were unsure how to get there. As a result, it took us longer to walk from the opposite main road, though in general the hotel should be easy to find. Check‑in was smooth and the reception staff were friendly. We booked a room for three, which was clean and well maintained. A shuttle bus service was available, and it was easy to store our luggage after check‑out. Taxis were accessible in front of the hotel during off‑peak hours, and there are a few shops and supermarkets nearby. We did not dine at the hotel, though it offers two restaurants, one Chinese and one Western. The only concern we had was that a man was walking and lingering on the same floor as ours, which seemed suspicious. We reported this to the duty manager, who asked for the precise time and details of the incident and followed up with his security team. It appears that strangers or non‑guests could access the hotel easily, which is a point of concern. Overall, everything else was satisfactory, and the hotel is worth staying at.
