Good location and value for money. I appreciated the water in the fridge on arrival and the helpful information about places to visit in Fira and further afield. Views from the sun terraces were beautiful.
The hotel is located down a steep passageway with some awkward steps.

No screen in the bathroom so when you showered the entire toilet flooded other than that excellent stay

Location. Close to Fira main street and bus stop.
The property is not suitable for persons with restricted mobility. One of us had knee pains, and it was quite difficult to use the stairs to reach the property. This aspect was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. It is not suitable for someone on wheel chair or someone with knee/hip problems
