Great interior, clean, served breakfast and overall nice staff

The first night after check in we ordered pina coladas at the bar and the staff member charged us 10eur for each. Prices were not listed at the bar, however we later saw the menu on the table that said 8eur for each, so it wasnt a very good impression getting overcharged immediately after the start of our vacation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring the charger for my phone and the lady at reception lent me a charger for the duration of my stay. The reception staff were most helpful, and also lent me an umbrella on two occasions.

I dont think anything could be better, as the fact that the hotel didint have a lift, which was outlined in the description, so anyone with reduced mobility, it possibly wouldn't suit them to stay there.

Nice personel and very good location close to the city centre.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. The room was far from what I would have expected. - There were almost no toiletries or cosmetics in the bathroom, except for a very small amount of low quality foam soap. - The beds were uncomfortable and no bedding, only duvets without any covers, which is unhygienic and inappropriate. - Very high noise level. Sounds from the corridor were easily heard in the room, which often disturbed the peace and quiet. - The breakfast offered was very poor. The quality and variety of options did not meet satisfactory standards. Overall, due to these significant shortcomings I cannot recommend this hotel and my experience was far from pleasant.
