La posizione della struttura è molto centrale, con un parcheggio pubblico molto vicino. Cortesia dell'host che ha anche un ristorante pizzeria dove si mangia molto bene.
Il bagno della nostra camera era scarsamente illuminato e l'areatore era rumoroso. Impossibilità di gestire in autonomia il condizionatore, che durante la notte è andato in blocco.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, großes Bad, sehr sauber, kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Gasherd und Frühstückstisch. Mitten im Ort gelegen, sind die Wege kurz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Caltagirone ist UNESCO-Welterbe und gilt als "Keramikhauptstadt" Siziliens. Zur Kirche Santa Maria del Monte führt eine Freitreppe mit 142 Stufen vom unteren Stadtteil nach oben, die seit 1954 mit handgemalter Keramik verkleidet ist - absolut sehenswert! Leckeres Abendessen gab's im Ritrovo La Piazzetta ca. 200 Meter entfernt oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Anfahrt mit Google-Maps! Es wäre durch eine steile Gasse gegangen, die sich nach unten verengt - alternativ um 3 Ecken, die ebenfalls eng waren. Um nicht stecken zu bleiben habe ich mir einen passenderen Weg gesucht.

Super spacious room, gets cleaned every day! Lovely little Juliette balcony. There is a communal kitchen which is not really mentioned upon check-in but bonus with kids!
The poor rating is only due to the air conditioning! It is set on a timer rather than being controlled by the guest, so we all woke up sweating at 2am every night. Spoke to the owner but he wasn’t willing to change it. Also, lots of stairs to get to the rooms!!
