Handy location for exploring Selsey and handy that it had on site parking. Food was lovely in restaurant too. Bonus points while there, 2 shanty bands were performing.

Absolutely amazing.. lovely pub.. exceptional rooms..staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a busy pub it was so peaceful in the room.. would highly recommend it.Also the fact that you are given an access key to be able to come and go as you please was a bonus
The only thing that was a slight problem was there were stairs to the room.we are both disabled but managed them with the staff offering to help with luggage. Spoke to the owner who is planning a lift which is great but a disabled height toilet would be incredible
