We had an hour free use of the sauna area when booking the delux room. There was a large bath and plush carpets.

The curtains are a bit flimsy and once daylight arrived there was no getting back to sleep.

Lovely hotel clean and tidy, close to the airport and also not far from old town staff where lovely and friendly. Lovely spacious rooms

Professional approach to the guests. Clean and well located close to Krakow. Staff out of this world, I got sick that night and they did all to accommodate my sickness. ❤️

All was perfect.

Spa area was looking better than on the pictures. Gym area also really nice. The interior of the room had a nice style and the bathroom was very clean. Also, trafitional polish dinner is very tasty in the reastaurant!

The room was very smelly (cigarette type of smell). We had a room on the side of the building, so also couldn't open the windows as then it would be incredible noisy because of traffic. The breakfast was not what we expected at all. Lot of things were finished and not beging reffilled timely. Also, not much choice, very basic. SPA area was only open from 6PM untill 9PM which was very dissapointing. Especially when sharing with 4 other persons which makes it very uncomfortable. In the evening there's nothing to do. Should be nice if they would improve on creating a lounge/bar type of space instead of restaurant only.
