The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant.
The internet did not work in my room. I repeatedly contacted the reception staff, and they only told me that a report had been filed. Unfortunately, I never had internet access during my stay.

Clean.
The room was freezing. It was feel like minus 4 in krakow and the heating was off. I said to staff who said they couldn’t do anything about it so I spent a very cold night. Felt sick before and worse after. Taxi to airport v difficult. I used one of the taxi cards provided. They charged 110 which is more than double the usual price. That’s my fault of course. I should’ve stayed in the centre of krakow but didn’t think they’d overcharge so much.
