Renewed Luxury Townhouse with private pool

Check in was really easy, everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. The host was very nice and the booking was easy.

We had some issues with the WiFi and the master bedroom Tv did not work/connect to the streaming services or cable.

Close to all parks. This made it easy to take a break mid day and go back to the park after a little downtime.

The code to access the condominium doesn't work. We hosted 11 people and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only one roll of soap for bathing, no laundry soap, no dishwasher soap in the washing machine. For the price of the house, everything was very basic. There's also a room in the house that's locked. I found this very strange. The host sent me a huge text message, so I had trouble finding the door code. So I called him, and he was very rude. He didn't tell me the code. He told me it was in the text and that I should look for it in the description. It says dogs aren't allowed, but one of my dogs passed away two weeks before the trip. I asked the host if I could take my dog, and he had the nerve to charge me $350 to take her. Overall, communication with the host was terrible, and the things in the house are very basic, everything is very limited in the basic items we need.
