Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with a lazy river, two waterslides, and a children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Do not forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball, or basketball. No additional fee for Clubhouse usage.

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can?t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
Please note that the internet service is provided by the community/association and not by our company. While it is generally reliable, occasional signal instability or interruptions may occur, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

The location was great to everything. It was quiet, the club house pool was nice. The home was a good size and clean. Only minor cosmetic issues, bedroom door handle fell off the first time we touched it, water damage on the ceiling etc, the pool was a lot smaller than expected, the photo makes it look bigger, the kids used it, although it was cold because the water recirculation do not seem to run during the day or at all? The vacation home company was quick to respond to all messages and helpful with any issues/ repairs needed. It was still a good stay and would still recommend.

The property looks exactly like what’s shown on the websites we had an exceptional stay. Would definitely stay again. Only concern was I couldn’t seem to figure out how to control the air. It got pretty warm in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a great stay. The host responded in a timely manner. Will recommend to anyone.

Overall the property was ok. We did have to go and get additional supplies for our family of 10, the same day we arrived. We had to get napkins, dish detergent, as well as laundry detergent. The room down stairs had curtains that still allowed light into the room, which was annoying. Plus you could hear everything going on outside from that room. The pool was smaller than expected. Overall it was a great stay. Property was clean and property manager promptly able to assist/ accommodate. Would stay here again.
