Everything was perfect. This is a stunningly beautiful location, and the atmosphere is serene. We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are beautiful and look exactly as in the pictures. Modern, cozy, and clean. The outdoor space is amazing. The owners, Alex & his wife, are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel as if we're visiting old friends. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back! Thank you.

Absolutely everything! Amazing spot right on the Danube with great facilities and views. So relaxing, absolute bliss. First class experience. Host is very nice and friendly. We will return 🙂🙂🙂

- The scenery was great - you have the opportunity of waking up every morning looking at the Danube, the mountains are covered in mist and the peace and quiet are only disturbed by local fishermen and boats.
- The house cat - even though it destroyed some of our food during the night, it was very friendly and cuddly.
- The large living room area, with smart tv, fake fireplace, cozy sofa, and large table.
- The hop-on boat ride directly from the property's porch.
- One of the rooms didn't have proper lighting. It only offered some sort of LEDs (blue, pink, green) that could be controlled from a remote. If you increased the intensity, a buzzing noise would come out of it. Marius, the host's father-in-law brought us a lamp the next day. We appreciated his dedication to solving problems. He had the same helpful attitude when we called him after the first night to tell him that there was no heat in the room (17 degrees). We understood that this was due to electrical power blackouts. He helped us restart the heat machine and he even kept it open a few hours during the next day, even though this is not a custom for the property because they would lose a lot of money - the heat works only from 18.00 to 09.00.
- During the 4-day stay, no one came to change our towels, or to bring toilet paper, or paper towels for the kitchen.
- Even though it was closed, the door that faced the terrace would let cold air get in the room. That made things difficult during the night, in terms of heat - but we compensated with blankets.
- the coffee machine (NESPRESSO) - it costs 5 RON/capsule - we had our own, from home :)
- the main host's attitude (not his mother-in-law), when we talked over the phone about all of the problems we encountered.

the fact that the jacuzzi (ciubăr) was not included in the high cost of the room and that it was not communicated beforehand. We asked for it when we got there, but the hosts "forgot" about it on the first day. We asked for it to be prepared again the next day. Finally, they lit the fire but, when we got there the water was only 25 degrees Celsius. The next day, the host's mother-in-law told us that we should "leave the money in a jar". When we asked what money, she told us that we need to pay 100 RON/room for the jacuzzi. We told her that we didn't know anything about this and that it was not communicated to us anywhere. She got agitated and started scolding us about the cost and that we need to pay for it, and that she "sent us a message about it". When I asked her to show me the message, she said that she needs to leave and that her son will call me. He did. We had a nice conversation and he offered us the jacuzzi on the house, as compensation for his mother's attitude and for everything that didn't go well on the premises. He initially told me that the price of the jacuzzi (ciubăr) is mentioned somewhere, in the asked questions area on booking. Even though I think that this information should be mentioned beforehand, in the facilities section, or in the description, I looked for it in the questions area and none of the answers mentioned the cost. All of them only confirmed the existence of the jacuzzi (ciubăr) but nothing about paying extra for it. I think that this is important information and the main criteria for us when choosing NOAH RIVER HOUSE and it should not be hidden. It's not about the money, but the principle of it. If you can communicate that the coffee costs 5 RON (Nespresso), that the stand-up and massage need an extra cost, you could tell about the jacuzzi's extra cost as well.
The shower floor was leaking and most of the water ended up in the room.
