Filippo was an amazing host! Very friendly, proactivly communicative and immediately responsive and accomodating. Check in was a breeze and we immediately felt comfortable.The property is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to waterfront and excellent restaurants. The house is clean, roomy, beautifully kept up and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. I loved that essential breakfast items were provided so we did not need to immediately go shopping after our long journey to get there. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon🤩

The property is very close to the see, lovely views and great restaurants next to see with delicious food. Very spacious, well equipped property, with all the amnesties, necessary to enjoy your stay. Santo Spirito area very close to the accommodation, with different sorts of small shops. The host is lovely and we could not appreciate more his help. All the best until next time, Filippo! Fillipo was an very good and welcoming host, with excellent communication throughout via WhatsApp. He was happy to help with early check-in for part of our group and booking taxis to the airport, all of which made our lives easier whilst on holiday. The villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The recommended Focaccia shop was the best ever!! Our first trip to Italy was a very memorable one - Grazie mille!
It was HOT!! But the aircon in the bedrooms was a huge help. A few mosquitoes too, but the screens on all the windows and doors kept them to a minimum in the villa.

Filippo was a wonderful host. He helped us out in any inconvenience we met during our stay. He even prepared us some breakfast ingredients for the following day since we arrived on a Sunday evening.
The house although seem a little old, it is in mint condition, with a beautiful garden. Since we were staying for new years here we couldn't enjoy the garden as much. But we already have plans to return in the summer too.
Kitchen was well equipped with all the basics you need to prepare any meal. Nice spacious rooms, clean and tidy the entire place.
Nice touch from the host, he even brought us some local delicacy that his mother prepared for us.
Would recommend this place for a family or small group visiting the general area of Bari.
Since it was winter, in the beginning the rooms were a little chilly. But I would assume this is actually a plus in the summer time. The other small thing is that there is a railing on the front entrance which is a little inconvenient to open and close, but this also is a very minor detail.
