It was clean, had good parking, and the staff seemed nice.

The house is extremely poorly insulated in terms of noise. At night you can hear almost everything from the street, from bikes to cars to neighbors talking, you can even hear the kids playing in the nearby park. It is incredibly hard to sleep at night with all the noise. The tv is rather small for how far it is from the bed, it would require binoculars. Also, the electrical socket from the bed side would only work in certain positions, thus my phone would sometimes charge, and sometimes not charge at all. Being slightly below street level, the reception is non existent, which is not the fault of the host, but at the same time the wifi provided has barely any signal strength and it disconnects often. You would have to stay in certain spots of the bed to get any reception.
