The hotel is in a very good location, with easy and convenient access to the beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Another pleasant surprise was the room upgrade at check-in. I had originally booked a double room, but I was upgraded to an apartment, which I really appreciated. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with two separate rooms, a kitchen area, a living room, two balconies, a washing machine and two TVs. The bathroom area was also separate, which added to the convenience, especially for a longer stay. Overall, I really appreciated the space and the facilities of the apartment, as well as the hotel’s location and particularly the easy access to the beach.

The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, in my opinion, it is 5-star only in its own advertising. At best, I would rate it 4 stars, and even then, there are several areas that need significant improvement. The biggest issue was the staff. The only consistently positive and welcoming employees I encountered were the girl working at Starbucks and the blonde young man at the beach bar. Unfortunately, most of the other staff, especially those at the pool bar, were rude, uninterested, rarely smiling and sometimes looked at guests in a very uncomfortable way. This is not the level of hospitality I expect from a 5-star hotel. When I entered my room, there was a strong musty smell, almost like the room had not been properly aired or refreshed for a long time, with a smell of mould. The room was also missing towels and beach towels, although these were eventually delivered. The room was cleaned for the first time only the following day, and even then the cleaning was far from 5-star standards. There was a ball of hair from previous guests hanging in the shower and hairs around the sink. Honestly, this was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The breakfast was another major disappointment. I have stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels, and I was genuinely surprised by how limited and repetitive the breakfast selection was. For a hotel in Türkiye, where breakfast is usually one of the highlights, this was one of the most boring and basic breakfasts I have experienced. During the last two days, I didn’t even bother going to breakfast. Although I was not staying on an all-inclusive package, I also had a disappointing experience with the food. On my first evening, I ordered a cheesecake for dessert and received a piece that tasted old, as if it had been sitting there since the previous day. Another strange aspect is the wristband system. Guests receive different coloured bands depending on their package/status — red, yellow, pink, etc.

It’s really nice to have different options for meals. Breakfast is an open buffet, but for lunch and dinner, you can order whatever you want and as much as you like while you sit on the table. Cokertme kebabi is amazoing! It feels much more peaceful compared to the busy traffic of an open buffet.

Amazing location, great food, and beautiful beach. People working there are also great, always helpful with smile on their face

Only our small was not bad

All! Only 2 person on the reception were absolutely good.. Another people’s were super rude!! I’he never saw the same attitude for the guest! I didn’t finished my breakfast and the weiter already came and said that he needs to clean the table! And it was twice!
